Bendi(Okra) Fry

Bendi Fry:  Cook Time: 10 minutes.

  • Bendi(Okra)
  • Salt and pepper
  • oil

bendiPreparation:

  1. Cut Bendi into small pieces and wash them .
  2. Place oil in a pan and let it heat for sometime.
  3. Add cut bendi into the pan and stir fry so that it wont stick to the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add salt and close lid and let it stay for 2 minutes.
  5. Lastly add chilly and best served when it is hot.

Better Served with Plain rice or Roti.
