Bendi Fry: Cook Time: 10 minutes.
- Bendi(Okra)
- Salt and pepper
- oil
Preparation:
- Cut Bendi into small pieces and wash them .
- Place oil in a pan and let it heat for sometime.
- Add cut bendi into the pan and stir fry so that it wont stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Add salt and close lid and let it stay for 2 minutes.
- Lastly add chilly and best served when it is hot.
Better Served with Plain rice or Roti.
