Coriander Chutney

Green Chutney:  Cook Time: 10 minutes.

  • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Rock Salt
  • Water for Consistancy.

pudinaPreparation:   Blend Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Garlic and Green Chillies, Rock Salt and grind them to a smooth paste. Add very little water if required.
